Work Well Together is for one person who wants the team around them to be a better place to work: a team leader or supervisor, an HR or people manager, or a wellbeing officer. You take the course; your team takes part in short activities in your ordinary meetings, and nobody on the team needs an account.
Here you read the nine building blocks of flourishing at work: positive emotions, engagement, relationships, meaning, achievement, physical health, mindset, work environment and economic security. You read them for yourself and for your team as you see it, check how safe your team feels to speak up, and ask the team one question. Then you choose one block. You then work on that block for months, with one sign of progress you can check.
Each block has its own module, with a leader track of activities you run with the team and a personal track for your own practice, from The Win Wall to The Health Lens on Decisions. In Design Our Experiment you write a simple theory of change and adapt one activity to your team while keeping its active ingredient. After about six months, Measure and Decide has you take the same reading again, answer five evaluation questions, and decide in Keep, Tweak or Swap what comes next.
On WorkSmart4Life this course sits under Connect, the move about teams, leading and conversation. Meeting view in the free Wisdom of Work explorer gives you an opener for those ordinary meetings. I suggest you begin with the first module, Where We Stand, and the tool Our One Block; a free 24-hour trial of the whole course is open to you.
