Affiliate terms — WorkSmart4Life

These terms govern your part in the WorkSmart4Life affiliate programme. By applying, you agree to them. The programme is run as one shared affiliate account across the family of brands (WorkSmart4Life, FlourishIQ, FlourishTalk and InspireWell4Life), so one set of terms and one payout cover all of them.

1. Joining

Anyone may apply. We review each application and approve affiliates whose audience and conduct are a good fit. We may decline, or later remove, an affiliate at our discretion. On approval you receive a referral code, links and access to your dashboard.

2. How referrals are tracked

When someone clicks your link, your code is remembered in their browser for 30 days. A purchase within that window is credited to you.
For memberships in the family, your code is attached to the member when they join, so you keep earning on each renewal for as long as they stay subscribed.
Referrals must be genuine. You may not refer yourself or your own purchases, or use your code for orders you control.

3. Commission

Decks, editions, courses, group orders and other once-off sales: tiered 15% to 25%; your rate rises as your total sales grow (15% to start, up to 25% at the top tier).
Memberships (individual and group): a flat 20% on every payment a referred member makes, for as long as they remain a member.

Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid, after any discounts or coupons, on completed orders that are not refunded. Your earnings across all the family brands go into one balance.

4. Payouts

Payouts are made monthly once your balance reaches the minimum: R200 for South African affiliates, R2,000 for international affiliates.
Balances below the minimum roll over to the next month.
You are responsible for any tax on your commission. Affiliates are independent; this is not employment.

5. Refunds and reversals

If a referred sale is refunded, reversed or charged back, the commission on it is reversed. Commission on fraudulent or abusive orders is not paid.

6. How you may promote

Promote honestly. Do not misrepresent the research, and do not claim outcomes the research does not support.
Do not make misleading claims about the products or prices.
No spam: contact only people who have asked to hear from you, and send no unsolicited bulk messages.
Do not bid on our brand names in paid search, and do not place your links on coupon or deal sites without our written permission.
Make clear, where required, that your links are affiliate links.

7. Changes and ending

We may update these terms, the commission rates or the programme itself, with reasonable notice; active affiliates are told of any material change. You may leave at any time. We may suspend or end an affiliate’s part in the programme for a breach of these terms; any earned, validated commission above the minimum is still paid out.
